Bookings Terms and Conditions
A full course of Hypoxi or Vacunaut treatments are held over 4, 6, or 8 weeks and requires you to commit to attending 3 treatments per week. Best results are achieved when treatments are taken on alternate days during the week.
Courses must be pre-paid in full prior to your first session, and appointments must be scheduled on a weekly basis at a minimum
Before committing to a course of treatments we do ask you to attend for an initial consultation and assessment to determine whether or not Vacunaut is for you and how many treatments you may require. This consultation/full session for Vacunaut will be charged at a reduced cost of £15 (valued at £42). The trial session on Hypoxi is free.
Cancellations and refunds
Once you have booked and paid for your course, providing we receive 5 full days notice prior to your first appointment, then you can cancel, re-schedule or be refunded. Courses canceled within 5 days of your first appointment will be subject to a 25% cancellation charge. Once you have attended your first appointment courses are non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
In the event that you miss an appointment then that treatment session is forfeited unless we are given 24 hours notice to reschedule.
24 hrs notice must be given for cancellation of appointments. Failure to give 24hrs notice will result in the full fee for the session remaining payable. Sessions must be attended punctually as sessions cannot overrun as there is always a client who will be booked behind you.
Please Note: Attendance of 3 treatments per week is very important to achieve excellent results so please only commit to a course if you are confident that you can attend all the treatments on the days and times booked.
